Section 8 Tenants vs Landlords "Provisions Need Revisions" Many people get the idea of "rent free" or "low rent" misunderstood when speaking in terms of the benefits of government assistance vs financial stability.  In today's society there are far more non-elderly residents who are utilizing low income programs with the majority of those voucher-holders being women.  With that being said, we must analyze the way we conduct our household decisions when it involves the impact of the family as a whole. In other words, we must put our morals under microscopes and observe the long-lasting effects these programs have on the community overall.
